Cable pull machines

The right cable pull machine for all applications

> Winches up to 1 t

Our cable pull machines are used for pulling ground and overhead line cables. We distinguish between three operating principles:
 

Direct pull
  • The pulling force goes directly to the drum or the rope layers  
  • Speed and pulling force depend on the coil diameter 
  • Drive is mechanical, electrical or hydraulic 
  • With or without rope guidance 
  • Pulling force up to 100 KN, or higher if desired 
  • Optionally with pulling force measurement and registration

With an open capstan
  • Pulling force is transferred via an open capstan wheel, so the reel is burdened less
  • Pulling force and speed are infinitely adjustable
  • Suitable for all rope diameters and lengths
  • For steel or fibre ropes; mechanical, electrical or hydraulic drive
  • Easy to operate thanks to free access to the rope
  • Optionally with pulling force measurement and registration

With a double capstan
  • Pulling force is transferred via two capstan heads, so the reel is burdened less
  • The capstan wheels are freely accessible or contained in a rope cage for automatic cable pull-out
  • Suitable for long rope pulls and high pulling forces
  • Pulling force and speed are infinitely adjustable, if desired with adjustable constant stabilisation of load or pulling force
  • Drive is mechanical, electrical or hydraulic
  • For automatic, unsupervised operation
  • Optionally with pulling force measurement or registration
